REFERENCES AND VERIFICATION OF CREDENTIALS
Written references can seldom (even those on original company stationery) be accepted as being prima facie valid, therefore we reference check directly with the referees concerned where possible. If we are unable to obtain references, we ask the candidates to furnish us with certificates of service which we then verify with the Companies. All reference checks are conducted only with the permission of candidates.
Execuplace Appointments performs credit, criminal and qualification verifications when requested, provided there is an inherent requirement in the vacancy (warranting such validation).
SKILLS / PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING
We are able to perform typing, numeracy and accounting tests. There has not been a substantial client-demand for psychometric testing, many clients choosing to implement such testing themselves.
We are able to provide psychological testing through our out-sourced business partner.
Types of tests conducted:
◊ Measurement of behaviour with samples of the specific job (simulations e.g in-baskets, role-plays and presenting)
◊ Personality tests (we use different kinds of tests for example Jung Type Indicators, Meyers Briggs, 15 Plus and 16 Personality Factor Questionnaires
and Personal Profile Analysis)
◊ Cognitive (“Thinking”) abilities e.g. Senior Aptitude Tests, Cognitive Processing Profiles and General Reasoning Tests. We also do job related
evaluations e.g. Typing and Computer Assessments, Mechanical Tests. The English Language Skills Assessment is also very popular with existing
